Prepare to put your fitness goals front and centre with our brand new seasonal challenges! The Pretty Brave Fitness six Week Challenge is designed to motivate you like never before.

Ignite your competitive spark and tackle an intensive series of fitness challenges, with weekly check-ins to help track your progress. There can only be one winner, but the sense of achievement for each and every participant is the real reward.

How does the Six Week Challenge work?

Every week, you’ll have the opportunity to earn ‘entries’ through a variety of methods based on variables such as participation and commitment. The winner will be drawn from the pool of entries at the end of the season.

We want to offer our challenge participants a fun and social framework to tackle their fitness goals and track their achievements along the way.

If you’re keen to fast-track your fitness goals and light a fire under your motivation, then our seasonal fitness challenges are the perfect solution for you. With the support of our experienced trainers and incredible Pretty Brave members, this is guaranteed to be the most rewarding six week fitness challenge in Mandurah.

You don’t have to be a member to participate in our six week fitness program, but we guarantee once you experience the Pretty Brave difference, you’ll want to make us your regular training destination. There are only 50 spots available in each challenge so signing up early is recommended to ensure that you won’t miss out. Interested in joining one of our seasonal fitness challenges? Registration are open three weeks before a program starts and close the week before the program commences.  Registration is simply done through the Pretty Brave Fitness app!

At Pretty Brave, there are no sign-up fees or lock-in memberships – pay per class or weekly, it’s your choice. The Pretty Brave app makes class booking simple, allowing you to attend whenever suits your schedule.
