Classes
Our range of different classes mean that you will never do the same workout twice. Keep it fresh and fun with a new blend of strength and HIIT exercises daily.
While we design each workout to be challenging – so you can leave with a sense of accomplishment every single time – our circuits are also adjustable to suit your fitness level and any injuries or limitations.
And of course, we want to make sure fitness is always fun! We may work hard, but we also have a great time doing it. Come and enjoy our welcoming studio, the music, the atmosphere and the support of girls just like you. The goal is to make fitness a lasting habit – something that helps you embrace life to the fullest.
PRETTY BRAVE FITNESS
workout structures
Strength
- Our strength sessions are designed to focus on teaching correct technique and build full body strength. These classes will help you feel more confident in the gym and empowered in your body. If you’re a first timer, these are a great place to start.
HIIT
- Our hiit classes are primarily cardio based. Designed to push your endurance to the edge, these workouts will have you sweating, but feeling incredible! While these sessions are fast paced, all exercises can be modified to suit your needs.
Mix
- Our mixed workouts include elements of both our strength and HIIT classes. Lots of weights, lots of movement and lots of fun! Perfect for wherever you might be in your fitness journey.
EIGHT30
- 1 circuit
- 8 stations – 2 people per station
- 3 x 30 sec sets on each station
- 2 laps of the circuit
PRETTY FIIT
- 2 circuits
- 6 stations per circuit – 2 people per station
- 3 laps of each circuit
HUSTLE
- 3 circuits
- 3 stations per circuit – 2 people per station
- 1 x 45 sec sets on each station
- 4 laps of each circuit
SUPER SETS
- 4 pairs – 4 people per pair (two of each exercise set up)
- 50 seconds on 10 seconds off
- 2 sets per station 2 rounds of the pair
- No Contracts
TABATA
- 8 pairs – 2 people per pair (one of each exercise set up)
- 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
- Alternating between A and B until 4 rounds of the pair completed
- No Lock In Contract
EMOM/
AMRAP
- 3 stations – 2 people per station
- 5 rounds = 15 minutes
- 2-minute break in the middle for everyone to rest and swap circuits
