This morning we ran our first session of our newest class, Core Strength.
One thing we hear a lot is ‘I don’t know how to engage my core’. This is super common and is something that can often lead to injury.
A strong core will help you perform nearly all exercises better and allow you to get more from them.
In our Core Strength classes @madiwisecoaching will be teaching how to ensure you’re correctly engaging your core and how to apply this to the exercises we perform in our other classes.
We were so stoked to see our first class booked out! These sessions will be running every Tuesday at 7.15am and Thursdays at 6.15pm. If you’re a PBF member these are included in your membership. If not, you can book in via the PBF app using a casual class pass which you can purchase in the store.
