Track your progress at Pretty Brave Fitness with the use of MyZone

Our studio is MyZone enabled, allowing anyone with a MyZone band to track their efforts during group training.  Each month, we set a new MyZone challenge for our members. 

MyZone effort points (or MEPs) are calculated based on your personal heart rate zones, meaning achievement is based on individual effort and not just fitness levels. All our girls have the opportunity to be recognised for their hard work, even if they’re brand new to training!
